Pregnant Cow Playing Golf

Ever since G felt Cathy's baby kick his hand he has been intrigued by being pregnant. He would frequently put a pillow under his shirt so he could be pregnant, but got frustrated that the pillow would slip out. So he discovered if he wore his cow costume the pillow wouldn't slip out. So now we have a pregnant cow walking around our house. Orginally the rule was you had to stay in the house, but at Grandma's house all rules seem to be forgotten. So he played golf while being a pregnant cow!
Only at the Baker house!

Rolling

This weekend we saw the signs of spring approaching. The snow is melting, which is causing LOTS of flooding, which means less time with Daddy, but Daddy snuck away and joined us for an evening at the park. The boys LOVE to roll down the hill...Julia was able to join them this year!

Weekend

This weekend our children went to Grandma's for a much needed respite for David and especially me! I enjoyed sleeping with no babies crawling in my bed and waking up at 5:00am! I cleaned my house and it actually stayed clean! Now this Monday morning I am refreshed and ready to go for the week! I was excited to see my kids and ready to meet their needs! Praise God for Grandma's! They spent the weekend being spoiled!

We have decided we don't really use our house phone very much so we have gone to cell phone only. So if you need to get ahold of David or I, please use our cell phones!

Princess and her Daddy!

Julia had RSV this week and cannot go to daycare, so she stayed with her Grandpa all week and since Daddy lives(during the week) close to Grandpa and Grandma, Julia got to spend the week with her Daddy as well. She has had a full week of extra spoiling---sleeping with Daddy/Grandpa, eating in the living room, full undivided attention, long walks in the stroller, and good food! I miss her terrible, but Daddy had a blast being with her!

Julia's First Car

Julia got her first car from her Nannie and PawPaw for Christmas.
However, what Nannie and PawPaw didn't realize is that in SD you need to get a four wheel drive vehicle for that winter driving! So this weekend with the "warm up", Julia got to take her car for a spin! She had a blast!

WOH..watch out mom for that snow drift!

Happy Birthday Grandma

On Sunday my Mom turned 60! We had a birthday party for her complete with Raspberries, Angel Food Cake and Ice Cream!

Julia takes her food VERY seriously and I think someone was threatening to take her cake! This is her "chewing them out" for thinking about taking her cake!
