Little laughs!

Need a little laugh....here ya go!

After decorating our christmas tree for the second time David tied it to the wall so it would not tip again. Memphis has decorated it and undecorated it and decorated it again that it never looks the same for very long. So when Memphis was at Grandma's house the other day he was playing with his ball in the house and Grandma said "Memphis we can't play ball in the house you might tip the tree over" to which Memphis replied "just have my dad tie it up than it won't fall!"

We went to the pizza ranch this weekend and on the way home the boys were playing rough and started to burp and make funny bodily noises. My mom says to them "boys quit burping your chicken might fly out". Later that evening Julia burps really loud on accident and she quick covers her mouths and says "Oh no my chicken will fly out!"

David was tired after a long day of shoping with his boys so I decided to take over the boy's nightly routine while David held Bethany until I could get to her. However, Bethany decided that she wasn't going to wait for mom to feed her and latched on to David's chest to which he gives a little yelp to...well honey you know know what it feels like to nurse!

At 6 months

Bethany is is starting to sit, roll and eat real food. Her favorite foods include: carrots, mangos and avacados!

Mama loves you so very much. You bring such joy to my life! I love the way you are excited to see me and reach for me! I love the way you nuzzle into me and your little hand grabs my shirt when others try to take you from me! I love the way you smile and get so excited about stuff. I love how you love your Gage! Bethany you are a sweet little girl!

Christmas Tree Decorating

This weekend we decorated the Christmas tree. The 3 men of the house picked out the Christmas tree. David trimmed it, put it in the stand and got the lights on. let the decorating begin... Memphis was SO excited to decorate the tree! This is what Bethany thought of decorating the tree... After decorating the tree we made Christmas cookies. Bethany was more interested in cookie making, but by the looks of it, she has become to wild for her bumbo seat!

After decorating the Christmas tree for the second time after it feel, Dad decided that we should tie it up! We also invested in plastic balls!

Bethany is 5 months

At 5 months old, Bethany is a VERY happy baby! She keeps busy by jabbering, swinging and watching her siblings! She likes to go swimming and eating whatever she can get to her mouth! She is starting to roll!

She had her first ear infection and a sore finger from chewing it all the time. We started feeding her a little bit of rice cereal and some baby crackers!

Weekend Fun

This weekend the weather was beautiful and we took the opportunity to play at the park with our cousins and Grandma. We had a blast playing together.

Grandma takes every opportunity to snuggle Ms. Bethany as she is such a cuddle little girl!

Memphis is still as orinary as always! That smile will save him from much trouble!

4 Month

Bethany is 4 months old already! She is growing like a weed! She likes to eat her hands and babble! She loves to sit up and watch the world go by, but doesn't like it when her brothers and sister bother her. She is a very smiley baby and very content. She sleeps 12 hours at night. She loves to smile and coo at you!

She is such a cuddler as well!

Take me home with them

I am a mother who doesn't care about what her child wears as long as they are dressed. So the other day when Memphis came out for church wearing this....I couldn't help but give a little chuckle...to which Memphis asks me "will people laugh at me" to which I reply

"no, honey they will just think you are so cute!" with a little grin on his face he says to me "they will want to take me home with them!"
