Yesterday

Yesterday I was SO excited!!!!!! One of my preschool little girls FINALLY was able to go to the dentist. You see this isn't some little thing that happened...this is HUGE. After much praying, the family was approached again yesterday and surprisingly they FINALLY agreed to let us take her to the dentist. Which is just the first step, she is now referred out to have dental surgery...so please pray that she would be able to have this dental surgery and that her permanent teeth will not be destroyed!
All the boys in the house are doing well. Our 2 new ones will go to a new foster home tomorrow that will be their permanent home until theirs is safe. Last night as I tucked them into bed I prayed with them and they had the most scarred look on their face..."what is this strange lady doing to us?" They obviously did not come from a home that has no mention of God. I pray that they will have a curiosity about who this Jesus is and what are we doing when we pray to him.
Off to Sioux Falls to see the Doc for Gage and some shopping! We are also visiting my Dad who has returned to the hospital. Please pray he would change his thinking and be able to conquer his depressions and anxiety.

Added 2

Last night we added two little boys to our family. Because of confidentiality, I can't say to much. But D is 6 and A is 5. They are just going to stay for a couple of days, but please pray for us as we impact these little guys for the next few days. We pray that they may feel the love of Christ in our home and during the short time with us, may seeds be planted for them to know Christ. You can also pray for Gage and Memphis as this is very confusing to a 2-3 olds! Julia is excited because she has more hair to pull! She got a big handful of A's hair and he wasn't sure how to respond to a little sister!

Field Trip Day

On Friday Gage's Head Start went on a field trip. Because I work with the Head Start that Gage attends I was able to go with him. Some of the kids are my students so it was fun to be with them. However, I am not sure how, but we survived taking 35 (3-4-5) year olds to the fish hatchery and aquarium as well as bowling. Gage desparetly wanted the net so he could catch the fish! Here are a few pictures from our day!
Bowling..........................feeding the fish.............his toothless smile!

Mud!

The boys have been begging to play in the mud, so I put their boots on and told them to have fun! David wasn't too impressed with me, but the boys sure had fun!
